This diet is only for 72 hours, any extension and time overruns can be counterproductive.

This diet is great for short run , especially after a long period of abundant food when you want to stop the bad habits during the holidays.

This diet significantly restricts the amount of food that enters and therefore comes to a mild deficiency of vitamins and minerals that should be offset by appropriate supplements.

The cycle can be repeated after 4 days.

Day 1

Breakfast:

  • One piece of whole wheat bread
  • One cup of whole milk

Lunch:

  • 300 gr mashed potatoes
  • Cup of tea (green , black etc.)

Evening:

  • 250 gr salad made ​​of boiled potatoes and eggs with olive oil

Day 2

  • 200 g mashed potatoes
