Smoothie is the new world wide trend. We can say it is one of the healthiest drinks and of course one of the tastiest. You can make delicious smoothies for you and your friends in a few steps. All you need is a blender, some milk or yogurt, ice cubes and fruit or vegetable.
There are a lot of different kinds of smoothies. Some of them are sweet, some of them are bitter. It all depends of your personal taste and the fruit you want to blend.
- Strawberry – Banana Smoothie: 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup each vanilla yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.
- Apple – Carrot Smoothie: Blend 1 cup each carrot juice and apple juice with 1 1/2 cups ice.
- Strawberry – Kiwi Smoothie: 3 kiwi, 1 banana, 1/3 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup milk
- Papaya Smoothie: 1 cup mango nectar, 1 cup papaya chunks, 1 tbsp lime juice, ½ banana, ½ cup ice cubes
- Mango – Strawberry Smoothie: 1 banana, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 mango, 6 strawberries
