Falling asleep and waking up at about the same time each day is essential to your health, and a few exceptions will not make a big difference.

But try every day to maintain this order and have a good sleep for at least 8 hours.

When you have a lack of sleep the following consequences are possible:

During sleep your body releases melatonin which is a natural antioxidant. If you don’t sleep enough you will generate less of this antioxidant which is crucial in the fight against free radicals that are responsible for the appearance of wrinkles .

Stress hormone – cortisol raises with high speed when you’re tired . Despite nervous this hormone causes inflammation of the skin after which occur acne.

  • Flatulence

Increased levels of cortisol make the body to keep more water. It’s noticeable in the eyelids because there the skin is the thinnest.

Lack of sleep reduces skin moisture and makes it dry and causes dandruff.

  • Overweight

Lack of sleep brings the body to release too much ghrelin , the hormone which is responsible for feelings of hunger.Makes the Organism create less fly – a hormone that tells us we’re aren’t hungry. This make us a double problem of food.
